I understand that the practice is out-of-network for all insurance providers. This means they do not take insurance. However, they will provide patients documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.

Session Fees for Dr. Sarah F. Spiegelhoff, PhD, LMHC-D, LPC, NCC: $175 Individual Counseling | $200 Family/Couples Counseling |$250 Co-Parenting & Reunification Counseling. Session Fees: Caroline Goldschein, LMHC-D, LPC, NCC: $135 Individual Counseling | $160 Family/Couples Counseling. Dr. Spiegelhoff & Associates is a private pay counseling practice, and fees are paid in full at the time of service. We do not participate with insurance companies. For convenience, we provide superbills (i.e., itemized receipts used in health care) for patients to submit to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Each insurance company and plan varies. Out-of-network benefits typically reimburse 60-80% of the therapy fee, sometimes the total amount. If you are interested in using out-of-network benefits, it is recommended that you contact your insurance carrier if you have questions about your out-of-network coverage.
